So, I thought I would do an "About Me" post so you can get to know me a little better. Feel free to comment and share some of your answers with me.
Today is a list of favourites:
Horror movie: This is a hard one so I will list a couple. 30 Days of Night, Rose Red, Dawn of the Dead (2004), Silence of the Lambs, Trick 'r Treat (2007). I also love Tim Burton, Guillermo del Torro, and anything by the Raimi brothers.
Non-horror movie: Any of the Harry Potter movies
Horror TV series: Interview with the Vampire (2022), I also really enjoy some seasons of American Horror Story.
Non-horror TV series: Red Dwarf or maybe Invader Zim
Horror book: The Bloody Chamber and Other Stories by Angela Carter
Non-horror book: Madam Bovary by Gustave Flaubert
Horror "bad guy": Jerry Dandrige from Fright Night (1985). I love Chris Sarandon
Horror hero: Bruce Campbell. Doesn't matter which movie or character, always Bruce Campbell.
Non-horror "bad guy": The Sheriff of Nottingham from Robin Hood: Prince of Thieves (or any bad guy played by Alan Rickman)
Non-horror hero: Aragorn from Lord of the Rings or Private Jackson from Saving Private Ryan. I also love Hercule Poirot (doesn't matter the actor).
Horror setting: Abandoned historical insane asylum or hospital
Horror sub-genre: Zombies or any creature features
Scary activity: Ghost hunts and tours
